Building energy-efficiency is an expanding business, and will be more so with the implementation of Green Jobs/ Green New York, a program adopted by the Assembly and Senate and signed by the Governor, soon to be launched.

Training in the key trades of Building Analyst, Building Envelope Technician, Heating and Cooling Technician, are provided by Hudson Valley Community College's Center for Energy Efficiency and Building Science in Troy and at approved locations statewide.
