Jeffrey is from New Jersey and grew up boating on the Hudson River. He joined Scenic Hudson in 1991 as a waterfront specialist. Mr. Anzevino was a planner for the City of Cape Coral, Florida. He holds a B.A. in Geography from the University of Maryland. He spends his free time sailing and kayaking on the Hudson River, hiking and biking along side it and photographing tugboats and celebrates it all with bluegrass music.
