The Ulster County Planning Board provides technical planning assistance for the county government and local municipalities, and information and advice for the public. Core areas include zoning and environmental requirements, transportation planning, infrastructure, economic development, census and other statistical information. Dennis is also the President of Rural Ulster Preservation Company (RUPCO).
