Jolanda has been working in the Hudson River Valley for two decades as a Civil Engineer. Fluent in Dutch she was born in the Netherlands and holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterburyin New Zealand. Jolanda attends Pace Law School in White Plains focusing on Land Use and Affordable Housing.
